Laura specializes in the commercialization of technology – beginning with helping customers identify specific market needs and opportunities and continuing through the design, development, production and packaging of specialized products. Her professional experience spans 15 years in bringing products from R&D to market in data storage, semiconductor/MEMS, display, and solid-state lasers. Program management of complex development initiatives across engineering disciplines, companies and cultures is a specific area of expertise.

President of Peppertree Engineering, Mark Arbore ensures that Peppertree
delivers superior, practical solutions to customers’ technology problems.
Accomplished in the commercialization of technology, Mark specializes in technology development and product engineering, particularly in the field of optical system architectures including both LED and laser-based designs. He has a special talent for listening to customers’ technical challenges and needs —often unclear to the customers themselves — and developing concrete, real-world solutions to meet those needs.

Engineering, Carole-Lynn ensures that customers enjoy a supportive
business relationship with the company and that Peppertree thrives financially as
it grows so that it can most effectively serve its clients.
Carole-Lynn has extensive experience as a financial executive in privately held start-ups and large public companies, ranging in size from pre-revenue to over $300M in revenue. She's a team builder with significant experience in M&A (merger & acquisition) due diligence, SEC reporting and an expert in project management implementing scalable processes and systems. Carole-Lynn is well versed in international operations where she worked with cross-functional management teams in Belgium, UK, Spain, France, Belgium, Thailand, and Taiwan.
Frank Slovenec

Frank Slovenec joined Peppertree Engineering’s
leadership in January 2012 and brings over 30 years of worldwide executive
sales management and leadership experience to the team. He has spearheaded the
development, commercialization, and market launch of technologies into the
enterprise and into 3rd party distribution resulting in sustainable business
models, market leadership, and competitive advantage.
Frank began his sales career at Burroughs Corporation. Since that time, he has led sales teams, corporate divisions, and public and private companies to successfully sell into the enterprise, the Federal Government, and the channel.
